After a 3-4 FC for 1st out, Parker gets the K for out 2, but the runner at 1B steals 2nd, and the runner at 3rd comes home. Manny’s throw down bounced several feet in front of the bag. Parker hits the next hitter who promptly steals 2B, but Parker then gets the 3rd out on his 3rd K of the game.

1-1 going to B2. Memphis scores a run on no hits thanks to free passes and an uncharacteristically bad throw from Manny on the stolen base.

Parker's control this year is so much worse than his first two years at Rice. Not sure what happened. He's been falling behind hitters all year long. He probably already has more walks and hits batters than he had all of last season.

I'm assuming McDonald is injured, but WTH is Johnson playing instead of Royo or Gallo?
